​Every student must complete an enrollment form, prior to beginning any of our Leadership Academy programs.
You may complete the ONLINE ENROLLMENT FORM, and select which version is appropriate for your age level (over or under the age of 21).

Alternatively, you may also request a PDF version of the form via email, by submitting your request to: [email protected]

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

• All students must completely fill out our online application for their age range.
• After application is complete, you may click send/upload button. You may also download the application and mail and/or fax it to us.
• After we receive your application, we will then call and schedule a 15 minute phone interview.
• You will then be invited to Day 1 orientation.
• Applicants will then be invited to Day 2 orientation.
• Finally, if chosen for our academy, you will receive a call within 7 business days!!
• All potential students must be between the ages of 12-29 years old.

SOUL SESSIONS

• No application required.
• You must call to schedule a free 30 minute consultation.
• Boys and men are welcome!
• Any age welcome!
